My path

For me, psychology is much more than a profession: it is my life's mission. Trust, approachability, empathy and listening are part of who I am.

Passionate about people, I care about their identity, their balance and their well-being.

My work draws on the tools I have gathered throughout my experience. It aims to help you regain your balance and autonomy, by better understanding what you are going through.

Training and qualifications

  • Master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology
  • PhD candidate in clinical psychology
  • Accredited EMDR practitioner
  • Member of the EMDR France association
  • Certificate in addiction studies
  • Therapist in helping relationships and socio-professional guidance (MCPRA)
  • Certified child protection specialist (Bioforce Africa)

Who I work with

I support children, teenagers and adults facing low self-esteem, addictions, anxiety or eating disorders, trauma or depression, as well as people with atypical personalities.

I also work on academic and career guidance, harmony within couples and stress management at work. Finally, I support managers in preventing psychosocial risks and handling conflict within teams.

My approaches

In the first session, we talk about your request: what you would like to ease, change or understand. The approach evolves as the work progresses.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

It works on the links between thoughts, emotions and behaviour, to identify and change negative or unhelpful thoughts. It is used for anxiety, depression, phobias and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Psychodynamic approach

It helps to explore and ease unconscious conflicts, childhood experiences and past relationships. It fosters a better understanding of yourself.

Humanistic approach

Person-centred, empathetic, caring and non-judgemental, it supports personal growth, autonomy and drawing on your own resources.

Systemic therapy

It explores difficulties linked to your relationships: family, couple, work. Often used in couple or family therapy, it helps change the interactions between the people involved.

Supportive therapy

It helps you through a difficult time, such as grief, separation, stress or illness, by strengthening coping skills and emotional support.

Specialised therapies

EMDR for trauma, therapies based on relaxation or mindfulness, psychoeducational work and group therapy.

Complementary tools: play therapy, projective and psychometric tests, psychosocial assessment scales.

When to seek help?

You don't only see a psychologist when you are ill.

A psychologist supports you in your thoughts and in personal or relationship difficulties, and helps you cope with life events that cause distress. There are many reasons to seek help, for example:

  • Distress at work
  • Expatriation, emigration, difficulty adapting to a new culture
  • Mistreatment at work, in a couple or in the family, sexual abuse
  • School stress, fear of failure
  • Difficulty asserting yourself
  • Feeling isolated, loneliness
  • Confusion
  • Difficulty managing emotions
  • Depression, anxiety, phobia
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Painful or traumatic experiences
  • Grief, separation, loss
  • Sexual difficulties
  • Identity issues
  • Somatisation
  • Sleep problems, insomnia
  • Dependence and addictions
